There is undoubtedly a warrant out for your arrest and warrants never die.

You have been sending the payment but not actually meeting with the PO as ordered? Yes, that's a violation.

    What is your question?

Yes, very likely, there is a warrant for you, so there will not be a end to your probation. You need to go in and work it out with the PO or go before the judge to clear up what is going to happen

    Hello d:

No, it isn't. When you violate, the probation clock STOPS running. But, it's WORSE than that. If you had, let's say, 5 years of probation, and you violated on your LAST day, they can put you in prison for the whole 5 years.

If you think your probation is ending at the end of this month be braced for a big surprise as it is definitely NOT ending! You will be eventually caught and sit in jail until your probation violating hearing is held at which time the Judge will use your original sentencing paperwork to review just what sort of punishment he decided to give to you in case you violated your probation. Go back and read that paperwork now so you know exactly what the Judge has in store for you. And just for your information the Judge does not care about "your schedule revolving around your family". He could care less. The fact you didn't show up in person to your scheduled appointments with the probation department is what really counts in his eyes and you didn't bother to show up.
