    Probation transfer from state to state
    My boyfriend wants to transfer his probation from mass to California. What are the procedures to do so and are tranfers easy to obtain?

    Normally they go though, but it takes time, he has to request it, normally though his Probation officer, so if they are OK with it, that is the first battle. His state has to approve it, then the state you are going to has to approve it. They may require him to provide an address he will be living at and sometimes a job he will be working at before they will approve.
