    Hello again, jaz:

Oh, you found him and he's the love of your life again. Cool.

Go back the court that issued the order and ask them to change it.

J-9 I had asked how I could get rid of or change an Order of Protection tha t I have against my boyfriend. I had gotten the order of protection when he was on drugs and beated me. My second comment was he is a wonderful person when not on drugs. He has decided to go to rehab.

You leave it in place, let him finish rehab,

As a police officer we find most fail rehab or go back within a month of so of coming out. Leave it in place till he proves hsiself

Yes the police officer is right, everyday he is dealing with this problem and he knows too many people who give them another chance, and things got worse, my husband was talking about killing people and i just left town and waited til he was in jail for murder and then came back home, I went to the police but they said that i had no evidence, they couldn't do anything until he committed a crime. I left town in march and he was in jail by august for murder
