    Non reporting probation
    I was on non reporting probation 7 years ago, is it considered a felony?

    Depends on the charge... a felony has nothing to do with probation... probation is part of the sentencing so whether you have a felony depends on what your charge was and the degree of it...

    I agree with jmiles.

    I would suggest, however, that if you were convicted of a felony, you would have been reporting to a probation officer on a regular basis.

    Given that you weren't, I don't think you were convicted of a felony. But, I could be wrong. I was wrong back in 02.
