Nj parole violation
My boyfriend just got released from jail not even a month and he is sitting in a halfway/halfway back house until who knows when his hearing is thurs I guess. Well it is his fault. I got him a basic cell with internet blocked because his crime he can't use internet or have phone with internet capabilities... he called his daughter who isn't a minor to tell her he was out and to email some pics to him and she turned around and told her mom "ex wife." and she turned around and called parole on him... so he had a meeting with the po and because he has an iPhone they violated him for using internet on it and stuff I guess they used forensics. I don't think this looks good. But I mean he wasn't doing social sites or chatrooms he emailed his brother and stuff. So what is going to happen? Will they send him back to jail again?

Hello l:
I'm confused. First you say he can't have a cell phone with internet, so you bought him one. Then he got caught with an iPhone, and that has internet. So, he broke the rules, and they'll probably send him back...

Yes, he knew the rules, broke them within weeks of getting out. I would say back to jail almost for sure

Noo OK let me explain OK I got him a basic flip phone through at&t and the internet was blocked... I added him as an authorized user to the account because he is in nj and I am located in upstate ny. He didn't like the flip phone so he went to at&t and got an iPhone. According to him the internet was blocked but when I look online it shows some internet usage not a lot. He was suppose to have a hearing thurs but his lawyer is unable to attend due to surgery. So it was postponed. I'm worried about what will happen. I don't want to see him in jail again. He is in a halfway/halfback house at the moment.

He wanted a phone with internet, he should have been happy with a phone, but no, he wanted to get things he was not suppose to have
So he used ( even limited) internet, after being told.
Yes, they will throw the book at him most likely.
