    Nexus lexus
    I was arrested on Jan.15,2013.. I am just shy of six months... I was released on bond and I am awaiting a court date... do I have to be indicted on the charge from the state of Texas.. this is a state jail felony charge.. if so how long does the state have to indict me...

    You do have an attorney (either one you retained or one appointed to represent you), right? Ask him or her about the right to a speedy trial. It looks like it very well might apply.
