    Natural and Legal Crime
 I have a paper due tomorrow on the difference between Natural Crime and Legal Crime. I know what natural and legal crimes are. I need to find some examples of a natural crime. When I try to research the subject, I get examples of crimes against nature. That's not what I'm looking for. I tried to research mala in se... something came up on prayer beads. I need some real examples. Help me.

If you Google "natural crime mala in se" (without quote marks), you will find sites that should help. Wikipedia, for instance, discusses the two kinds of crime, natural and legal, and explains why each is called that (and gives examples). My search produced this quote from answers.com, "Battery and grand larceny or petit larceny are examples of offenses that courts have held to be mala in se."
