    Is it a Misdemeanor
    I was charged with, compliance with lawfull order, fleeing in a vehicle after visible and audio. What is the charge of that offence?

    Where? Why not ask the prosecutor who charged you.

    Hello white:

    Like you were asking. It depends on whether they charge you with a FELONY or a misdemeanor. If you don't know WHAT you were charged with, or EVEN if you do, you need a lawyer.
