    Isn't it illegal?
    Hello,
Have a look at this link, apparently every one who has a name and family name of a person can check the records. Is it possible, I think they are just spams, what do you think?

I am afraid your link didn't work. Generally the internet offers of information searches are just for public records anyhow.

What they say they offer is just public records, things that they can get if they buy enough records. But it will not check your NCIC records, since they can't access that, but if their system connects with a court record, it will show up. But they will not catch a lot of things, And in some states less than others. This is just one of a dozen companies, a few others I would recommend higher personally.

Public records, court records, criminal files, civil files, address searches, residential and cell phone numbers, full legal name, old addresses, date of birth, reverse phone number searches, revere cellular number searches, reverse email searches, arrest records, criminal indictments, felonies, federal and state records, plaintiff defendants, FBI files, sentencing files, warrants, identity theft records, correctional files, attorney records, small claims court records, prison records, federal court dockets, driving history, DWU / DUI records, unlisted numbers and addresses, real estate records, court filings, county records, credit reports, business information lookup, corporate filings and much more.

THis is rubbish. Such sites never provide the info they advertise. The only way to find real information other than freely available public records, is by using an investigator. As far as online searhes, there is a lot of bad info out there perpetuated by false advertising.
Many sites offer free this and that, or "instant results," but most are scams able to provide old, outdate info from some database at best.
There are some legitimate sites offering reverse cell phone search info and background check investigations, but you need to wade through the junk before you'll find anything worth looking into.

I wish I could warn every single person that has ever wanted to pay for services such as this. I am a private investigator and I am licensed to access other information besides public record. Information that is only available to law enforcement, FBI and P.I.'s. If you are looking to do a background check on a person or even yourself, contact a private investigator in your area. You may spend a little more money paying an investigator but at least you won't be wasting money on websites like this. I get calls all the time from people that say "I wasted $40 - $70 on a website that promised me accurate information!"
