    If someone forges your name what can I do
    My landlord forged my husbands name on a contract through his place of employment and now we are being sent letters from a lawyers office to collect for the bill, I called the company he worked for and they won't return my calls.. I don't want him to get away with this, What do I do about this??

    I don't follow what his prior place of employment has to do with it.

    If he didn't sign the contract, he should respond to the letter by saying that.
