    How can I check if I have pending charges against me
    I need to see if I have a pending cases against me in monterey ca I have not been arrested yet

    You have to visit you local police station and ask them and explain what the charges where and when they happened. This is not easy. Do your due diligence in this. Find your backbone to do it. We cannot do this for you, we do not have the authority.

    There is no way, to know, if there is an "investigation" only the officers and department working on that case will know. And will not always tell you if there is. They will not want evidence to disappear, and perhaps you disappear.

    Once there are formal charges, then there is a record of a warrant and you will know.


    So, sorry, no way to tell. An investigation can take months, some even a year or more,
