I have no idea where to begin
My ex-boyfriend left the state in a truck that belongs to me.. the title, tag and insurance is in my name. He has repeatedly said he was coming back and after 2 months, its obvious that is not going to happen. I want the truck back before something happens to it that I am held liable for. Should I report it stolen or call a repossession company? What is the best way to handle this?

I would first try contacting his relatives and tell them that if he doesn't return the vehicle you will be first to report it stolen. Give him a week to return it then go to the police.
