    I have 2 yrs. Bench probation, 1st 6 months supervised. Can I move out of state?

    I just got two years Probation. It was a misdemeanor and will be off my record in two years.. The first 6 months will be supervised. I want to move out of state. Can I? How?

    Hello Blondie:

    After your supervision ends, you can move. That would be, of course, unless UNSUPERVISED means maybe just a little supervision.
