my girlfriend is being held wiyhout bail for violating her probation she did call her po and told her she couldn't make her appt but her po didn't accept her coming at another time well she is in jail now the probation was for shoplifting value under 500 first offense she was picked put for being in possession of cds which I know is supid of her and she is trying to get help with that the officer gave her a simple posscion charge either way is not goog also her first offense she has court this Friday on the vop charge is there any way she could be released can she plead to the ankle braclet to avoid jail she spent 7 month served on the shoplifting which the courts never imposed that for her sentince what can happen at court to her no money and a public def has not contacted her

Most likely she will just get a warning and put back on probation.
