    Hi, payasa14!

Are you asking this question your husband has been sentenced to a federal prison in Kansas and because you are worried about him?

    Thanks!

    Hello payasa:

    No. It's just the opposite.

Compared to most State Prisons Federal prisons are operated very professional and are most safer.

Yes, we both are worried because he's trying to step away from the gang life but he has a tattoo on his face that represents his gang. He has told me he's really worried about going to Federal prison.

Well first I have worked in both Federal and State Corrections, while yes there are "gangs" in all of them and some violence at least in GA and the Feds I saw very very little, the staff keep people divided and if they have inmates that are higher risk, they will keep them in a higher security level.

Well not much you can do with a face tattoo, but all signs that can be hiden are normally hidden with in the Federal system.

"Is Congress a gang, and does it need to be abated?" And we not-so-assertively assert that "Sometimes Congress could be a gang, depending on the future use and misuse made of Senate bill 155 -- the Gang Abatement and Prevention Act." And so could your motorcycle club, your chess club, your rose...
