    Free search my criminal record
    Is there any way I can search my own criminal record for free?:confused:

    Have you ever been arrested? If so, all you would need to do is go to your local Sheriff's dept and request a criminal background report. Free or very small fee. You must go in person though. Have you moved within the last 5 years also from one state to another?

In Toronto Canada I got the appearance notice for theft under and cop allow me to go (no arrest), on appearance day my charge was withdrawn and asked me to pay to charity. My question is will I be having criminal record? I am 26 year old.
