Fraud Under 5,000 withdrawn, will I be allowed to cross the US border
So I was denied entry to the states beginning of the year because I had a fraud under $5,000 PENDING charge and was told that I'm not allowed to cross until my charge was dealt with. They took a picture and fingerprinted me at the Peace Boarder. My charge is now withdrawn so will I be allowed to cross the boarder and do I need proof of some kind to show them that my charge was withdrawn or will it show up in their system?

No, I don't think it will show up in their system; the only item that will show up is that they fingerprinted you, etc. and the charge related.

Best to have proof it is withdrawn, but first go to this website https://help.cbp.gov/
