    Felony transfer to another state
I got a OWI D Felony. I had a wreck and did not have insurance on my car. I am now paying 20,000 restitution for the guy that was with me on his medical bills. I am wanting to move to Florida with my boyfriend from Indiana and I need to know if I can transfer with that much restitution owed. On my plea agreement I do not have to pay all the moneys. After I am finished with my probation the courts are ordering a judgement against me in the remaining owed. I am in nursing school right now and can get a job as a CNA and also I am a hairstylist. So I have job opportunities I can get as soon as I move but will the courts allow that with so much money owed?

I received a dui 2nd offense in 18 years. I have finished all court requirements and would like to move to Illinois to take care of my mother who has ALS. (wheel chair bound) needs 24 hour care. She would be my main means of support. My probation officer is telling me it will take up to 45 days but has neglected to fill out the paper work properly and now we are starting over after waiting for two months. What can I do ? Can I go over her head to get results?

    Sincerely,

    Trish
