    Federal charges for position of bulletins how much time u get?
    My husband is on parole for a daylight b&e a guy pushed him they got in a fight after the fight he went to walk away the guy pushed my 15 yr old son then punched my car window out my husband went got a gun and shot his car up now the feds is suppose to pick up the charge how much time will he get for the gun an bullets his 28 yrs old

    Hello r:

    Let's hope the feds don't charge him as a felon in possession of a firearm. That's a 5 year minimum, plus his parole will be violated, and the state will probably charge him for shooting the guy's car.

    I'd hire the best attorney I could for him.
