EtG or no EtG.THAT is the ?
I am not taking drugs and am not worried about taking a drug test. I am also getting a alcohol urine test as well ( although my condition did not state no drinking), this is my concern and I drive myself crazy about this... I don't know whether I am getting a standard ethanol test (I would pass with flying colors) OR a EtG test... which is a more in depth test that people flunk all the time for just using products with alcohol in them. And in case you think it is EASY to stay away from alcohol in products it isn't... it isn't like poppy seeds. ANYWAY I don't want to ask my po right out what test I am getting. ( I don't want him to think I am trying to beat any test) If I do get a EtG it seems to me, I should have been warned about certain products but I wasn't. When I saw my po the last time, I told him I painted my boys bedroom and would the paint effect a EtG test? (I thought I was being really smart asking that way) the paint had alcohol in it. But he just said NO! ( but according to what I am reading it COULD effect it. ) I really don't think I am getting that test... I hope anyway. My big concern is if I would test positive for EtG, what would happen to me? Could I be violating my probation? AND SAMSHA just came out with a new study on EtG in Oct. 06, this is what SAMSHA says about the EtG test:

Legal or disciplanary action based on a positive EtG is not supported at this time...

So... am I driving you guys and myself crazy for nothing??

I have Schizoaffective Disorder, and my Doctor told me I could have a few beers here and there and it would not hurt anything, but around Christmas I got pulled over for doing one of those "rolling stop" things coming home. They said I didn't act drunk and were going to let me go home, if I could...
