Dropped misdemeanor againstcheck for employment
What happens if my friend bouthg a car not knowing its stolen we get pulled over al arested, the driver also is a freidn, app 20 hours in precient and booking, then out of nowhere all charges dropped, no judge, no lawyer. The driver stayed in prison overnight to see judge, will this affect or show under criminal background check for airport, was a misdemeanor supposedly dropped.
