    Hello F:

Are you telling me that this is the FIRST time you've driven drunk since you've been under supervision?? Maybe your PO will believe you, but I DON'T..

Nonetheless, they'll probably wait to see the outcome of the DUI, and then they'll violate you. Do I think you'll do TIME over it? I DO.. DUI isn't like missing a meeting. It's a SERIOUS offense.

Do not know what the other offense is you are on supervised release for. The Probation officer and the judge will just assume you are drinking all the time and the PO has not caught you. Going to make PO look bad, so he will not be happy.

Best case, the DUI gets droopped and they put you on a much closer monitoring for drinking.
If they convict on the DUI, yep I see jail time or at least the PO pushing for it, as hard as possible and if you don't get it, the PO will try and make you wish you did.

Real life, may not be fair but that is how it works
