    Do juvenile records come up from when you were 16 it was for break and enter I want to get a job but will my juvenile record come up I was told no if you have not committed a offence in the past 3 years then it will not is this true

    I think it depends on the state, I had something on my record when I was young and it is no longer there

    In most states you records as a juv are sealed when you turn 18.
