    Criminal record?
    Someone identified me in a surveillance video using a stolen credit card, but no charges were pressed does this go on my criminal record?

    Only convictions will go on your record. Now just because they have not charged you yet, does not mean they will not, depending on your state ( if in the US) they may have from one year to three years to actually press charges against you.
