    Is it a crime
    I knoow someone who had two driver licences with two fake names, he even had a voting card and voted, this was in 1996, and the other in 2000. If found can he be convicted for it

    Absolutely and I believe it is a felony in most states.

    Well this person is an immigrant and he lied on the citizenship application, he did not disclose these facts. I heard they can provoke his passport is this true, and what is the statue of limitation on this

    Does this have anything to do with the husband you are interested in suing? If he's in jail you for sure aren't going to get child support.

    You sound bitter and vindictive - and maybe it's justified.

    If there are current fake ID' then it is a crime, you can't prove much about the other ID at this point and time.

    If they lied on immigration, then INS may or may not care but you have to report it and let them decide.
