    Can you not get jail term for break and enter and theft over 5000
    I'm charged with break and enter,theft over 5000 and mischief and its my first offence,I was extremely intoxicated and don't remember much.what are my chances of not going to jail.I have a full time job,character witnesses,and a family.

    There's no way to tell, as there are MORE factors that judges consider than the ones you laid out. I'd give you a 50% chance.
