Can I move out of state before my probation time is up?
So... I messed up and almost got convicted of a crime but I was able to get it dismissed if I do 40 hrs community service, pay them $650 for court fees, and see a counselor about relationships until he says I'm okay and do this within 2 years. I've been talking to a girl for several months who used to live here in Washington State but then she and her family had to move to Missouri because her dad is in the military =(. We've fallen in love =) but she might not be able to move up here in a few months because of medical problems that she will need to stay there for so that they can keep an eye on her... so if she has to stay down there... then I want to move out of my parents house and find a place down there and live with her there =)I've almost paid off the fees and within a few months I will have 40 hrs community service done and I'll have to see about getting the doc's approval... but if I got the okay from him then do I still have to wait 2 years to move or could I move down there?. I can visit her but I don't know if I can move down there... =( I don't have to report to a probation officer but I do have to report to a charity organization that I'm giving the hour sheets and fees to who then give it to the court people... so that's my question =)

P.s. I am turning 19 soon and she is turning 17 in a few months so we are around 2 years apart.

The 17 can not just move out and move in with you. Legal age to move out is 18. Mom and Dad can just refuse to let her move in with you.
