    Can minor juvenile record be seen by another county?
    So right now I'm applying for adult diversion right now and its asking to tell previous prosecution diversions and I'm wondering if I should include my diversion as a minor that was pretrial, when I'm an adult now? Shouldn't it be wiped clean? And it is for the same misdemeanor.

    They should not be able to see juv convictions or diversions. You are sure it was as a juv, though Juv court,
