    Can a felon get a passport to travel overseas?
    We want to marry in tropical paradise but worried about denied passport due to a felony conviction.:confused:

    Depends on the regulations of their parole or probation.

    Yes, you can get a passport. I got one. If they give ME one, they'll give you one.

    Some people who are on parole or probation have the stipulation that they cannot do any international travel, actually, so you will need to check first.
