    Boyfriend going to juvenile
Is it possible for my boyfriend to be sent to juvenile if he came to my house to go to the park with me and he told his parents he was with his friend?

No, that's not a crime. Not unless he was under house arrest or violated parole or anything. And since he is not over 18 your parents cannot charge him with "stat rape" (which they could do EVEN IF you two didn't have sex). The worst that will happen is you both will get yelled at and have your iPhone's taken away, no internet for a few days and no going out with friends. I know... hell right.

So they can't send him to juvenile? Because his mom doesn't even know he came over here she was just guessing. But she made an appointment with the sherrif and she had called the police and told them to put an amber alert even though he had called her so she knew he was fine

No he wasn't on house arrest or anything. He wasn't in trouble with anything at all. His parents just over react with everything. And my parents don't know so I'm not getting in trouble at all. But now his mom hates me.she called me and started insulting me so I just hung up

Then no, he won't go to juvie hall. There is no reason to send him there. The worst that could happen is his mother could tell him he can't see you, which never works anyway. Good luck to you and your boyfriend, but as teenagers I'm sure you have all kinds of techniques to not get caught.

I think its going to take something a little more serious then a lie like that for him to be sent away. Unless of course he has already been in loads of trouble.

My parents had me picked up by the police multiple times as a runaway. They held me downtown a few times, only to be released to my parents. If she has friends in the police system, she maybe able to have them intervene in some way.

As a parent, she is trying to enforce the rules of her house, which apparently include not visiting you without permission and lying about his whereabouts.
