    Hello c:

    Well, it depends. If the convicted felon robbed a bank of $7 million, he's probably not going to get bonded. But, if all he did was sell a pound of dope the man, he probably can.

    How? Look up bonding agencies in the phone book and online. They'll sell you one, or not.
