Arrested and given summons for court but found out I have no record
Was arrested and charged with petty disorderly conduct and given court date but attorney told me I'm not on record. Why is that?

Not on what record ? You would not be on the NCIC criminal record unless you are convicted.

OR, do you mean local court records showing a court date and charges filed ? If that is the case, you get with your attorney and he talks to the DA and finds the status of the case.
While no normal, court dates are moved and rescheduled, charges are dropped by the DA and other issues could change it.
