    Is this act a homcide
    If A conveyed a letter with information regarding the death of B's child and B killed C, would A have committed a homocide with a mental state of hoping that B would do serious bodily injury to C?

    You mean if Jim sent a letter regarding the death of Bill's child, and Bill killed who? Who is C?

    If jim knew that C( tom) had killed Bill's child and jim conveyed this information with the intent that Bill do serious bodily injury to tom would this amount to a criminal homicide?
