    Wife's medical judgement
I am married and wife had a judgement rendered against her.In July of 2011 we moved to TN.The judgement was in Virginia in November of 2011.We never received any notice of court hearing. All other mail was received at new residence but not any letters from this hospital. We paid this in full soon as we found out about it.This has since when on both are credit reports.Should I have even been named as a defendant on the docket. We have all our accounts separate including health insurance.I never signed any paperwork.
