    Can my friend remove me from secondary card holder to primary in any case
    Is it possible that the primary card holder can sign over the credit card to the secondary card holder,I would take full responsibility for all payments I have never been late with any payments. What can she do to help me be the primary card holder,is there any legal steps we can take?

    You are suggesting the long way around a very simple process, however, you must have a good reason why and is it because the primary is late on payments ? Get it paid off and cancel it and if you want a credit card, take one out. Being a secondary makes you responsible for the primary's debts.
