    Credit report issue
    Hi there
I have an outstanding balance for a bill going back 2 yrs ago and recently I discovered that a collection agency has me under its evil eye because of that. I don't know for how long this "issue" will show on my credit report. So can anybody help me with this? After how many yrs will it be erased? I tried to get some answers by searching online, but got me nowhere.

    Thanks

Why not pay it? A negative report can stay for 7 years.
