    The affects of foreclosures
My fiancÚ has a property that is going into foreclosure. This property is in his name only. We are getting married in a couple of months. We also have another property together. How does this affect me or the property that we own together?

The foreclousure will ruin his credit, and often after married, when a credit history is ran, the run both husband and wife. There should be no issue with this property is you keep the payments up.
