    $50,000 credit card debt
I have a $50,000 credit card with a $900. Monthly payment on it. I am unable to continue to keep this card current. I called the company and the Customer Service Rep told me they would not be able to lower the payment and if I couldn't pay it, the bank would not come after me legally because it is a credit card. How could this be right?

Yes, of course, you were given a high line of credit since you are suppose to have the income to afford the payments.

In fact once you don't pay on it, you start getting big late fee's and if this is maxed out, you get over the limit fees also.
Then of course they will jump the interest rate way up once you become late.

So they will let all of those fees build up, for a while. Then they will sue you in court, they will get a judgement, then they most likely ( depending on where you live) garnish your paycheck and freeze your bank accounts
