    Hi
    I have put washable plain white paper on my front room ,which paint will be suitable for washbowl paper normal paint won't stick ,please help ,thank you

    You will need to prime that paper if you want to use regular interior latex as a top coat. Kilz makes several primers that should work. Masterchem Industries, Inc. - KILZ Primer FAQs
