    66% shares
    Hi, I owned the 66% of one company Can I sell this company even when the guy that owned the other 33 % does not want to? Florida company

    Usually yes.

    Take a read through any special agreement you 2 signed, such as a partnership agreement.

    If you don't have one, then yes you can sell your portion, 66%, of the company to someone else, or to many other people.
