You are kidding right, KayGates?
Thaw it first and depending on what kind of cut it is, fry it, bake it, shake it, nuke it, barby it...

And if you double the temp you cook it at, it cooks twice as fast also??

Hi KayGates, your change in wording does make a BIG difference. Chicken probably already cooked by now though,eh.
Is it a whole chicken, chicken wings, legs, breasts. I have some great ideas but have to know what cut.
By the time you get all these replies, if your chicken or whatever wasn't cooked, it will be quite a very high chicken.

I love to take the parts wrap them in tin foil with a good wine and bake them personally

I cooked it yesterday :P but its OK. I would like to know for future reference. I was cooking wings, but I did them without sauce because that's how I like it. Does anyone have any good suggestions for easy meals. I have a low budget
