    Too much pepper
    Is there anything to be done when your sauce is too hot. Too much black pepper.:eek:

    I know if I salt anything too much I can add a raw potato and let it finish cooking with it. The potato will asorb a lot of the salt . This may work with the pepper as well. It is worth a try.
