    Ingredients

    * 1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
    * 1/4 cup butter
    * 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    * 1/2 cup flaked coconut
    * 1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained, juices reserved
    * 1 8 ounce can sliced pineapple, drained, juices reserved
    * 1 package of butter cake mix

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter two 9 inch round cake pans. Sprinkle the bottom of each pan with 1/4 cup of brown sugar.
    2. In one of the pans, sprinkle coconut over the brown sugar. Lay pineapple rings in a single layer on top of coconut. Place a cherry in the center of each ring. In the other pan, spread the drained crushed pineapple.
    3. Mix the cake as directed on package, but substitute reserved pineapple juice in place of water. Divide batter between the 2 pans. Remember which pan has the pineapple rings in it.
    4. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Cool in pans for 20 minutes.
    5. While the bottoms of the cake pans are still warm to the touch, invert the layer with the crushed pineapple out onto a serving dish, then gently invert the layer with the pineapple rings on top of it for a dazzling two layer pineapple upside down cake.

    I am always making crêpes and they are very easy!here's my special recipe:
    110grams flour
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup sugar
    Milk
    Mix flour and sugar
    Add eggs and mix till a dough consistency
    Add milk till pale,liquid,runny and bubbles appear-make sure its not white though

    Put some oil on a pan-i have a spray oil and cover the pan.pour batter on the pan and cover thinly over pan.flip-you will know when to flip when it is a bit golden on edges and then cook till golden on both sides

    I make tortillas, pizza crust, biscuits, cupcakes, cakes... pretty much anything all with plain flour. I make nearly everything from scratch, and what I do is a quick Google search for what I'm craving. Or you can go to supercook.com, enter the ingredients you have on hand and it will give you recipes based on your ingredients.

    When you use plain flour, I suggest you to use unbleached plain flour.
    King Arthur brand flour is my preference.

    When you want to make something, example, " Pancake recipes" in the Google search with image, then you can choose the one that you like from the pictures.
