Does anyone have any good recipes for boneless center cut pork chops?

Grill them and then put a slice of peeled apple on top and a sprinkle of cheese return to the grill until the cheese is golden and serve with your choice of veg or salad.

Its one of my favourites and it never fails as we always have a jar of apple sauce if no apples in the fridge and always always have cheese :D

Us too-we always have apples and always have cheese. We all love cheese around here. It seems like I am always cooking something that involves cheese or we just add cheese. And if I don't have an apple when I want it I get cranky and have to go buy some no matter what time it is.
