    Pizza piera
    I am looking for a recipe called pizza piera that my italian grandmother made. It was a sticky dough filled with nuts and raisins.

    The only pizza piera I know of is made with ham, cheese and eggs. Her recipe may have been her own version. Pizza Piera is a neopolitan dish.
