    Lemonade diet
    I want to make lemonade diet but I don't know where to get maple syrup (grade b) and cayenne pepper. I'm in russia. Any idea?

    If you can get cayenne pepper it should be with the vegetables or with the spices
    Maple syrup should be with the sugars but I am not sure how your stores are and what is available. Do you have ethnic food stores? If they aren't in your regular food stores you might try them.

    Hi,

    You can get Grade B maple syrup in a good health food store. I tried using cayenne in the lemonade but didn't like it so I used cayenne capsules which worked just as well. You can get cayenne capsules at a health food store as well. I get mine at Walmart but I don't know if you have a similar store there.
