[MUAHCLEANING]

I did a walk through on a 3,000 sq ft area that is post renovation. There is minimal furniture. All shelving,counter tops, appliances, everything is new. A lot of dust. There are at least thirty Windows. A great amount of detail work. We have six days to complete. The home is still being worked on so I do not know how bad it will be left. The floors are wood and some concrete. I do have to have them ready to lay down new flooring. What formula do I use to bid? I have 2 days to turn in ny bid.

This is a multi million dollar home and could be a big turning point in my business. Please help me with any advise... greatly appreciate everyone who gives me input
