    I live in Memphis Tn. For my area, how much would I charge for cleaning a new construction home?

    Hi Freda.

    Please do NOT seek advice like this online... can only end up getting you in trouble on your first few jobs! If you are not experienced enough to know the answer then you need to gain experience. There are no short cuts when it comes to experience and knowing how to properly bid a job.

    There have been enough questions of this nature asked here that you should realize that no one has this answer. It is what the market will bear and what people are willing to pay. Figure all your costs, profit margin and go from there. What would you say if someone said $5.00? Read the "similar questions".
