    Cost to Add a Second Level to a Home
    What is the average cost in Montgomery County of Pennsylvania to add a second level to a single family rancher?

    A lot, I would get a new house, trust me. I am 13 and I have no officiol experience in anything except aviation, but these things cost a lot, more than buying a house.
