    Cantalever floors
    Im building a deck using 2*10 floor joists at twelve inch centers. What is the total amount of cantilever I'm allowed to use? Can I have a 4ft cantilever?

    I do not have the calculations but with 12" centers you should be good. Just don't encourage your heavier friends to gather around the railing for a beer.
